The work behind getting paid

A paid claim isn’t always
a correctly paid claim.

Small discrepancies are easy to overlook when your team has a waiting room to manage. Recovery should not become another full-time job.

01 / Discover

Catch what gets missed.

Compare supported claim payments with applicable contract terms. Surface discrepancies that deserve attention.

02 / Resolve

Know why it is owed.

Bring the calculation, documentation and next action together. Qualified review handles uncertain cases.

03 / Reconcile

See what was collected.

Follow approved work through responses and payment. Keep estimates separate from verified results.

Trust is part of the product

Your practice.
Your authorization.
Your control.

Security and business-associate obligations belong in the foundation. Our plan calls for legal and security readiness before patient-data access.

Pre-launch design: these are implementation requirements, not a certification or a claim that production safeguards are already deployed.

01 Separate practice workspaces and permissions
02 Delegated, revocable connections where supported
03 Encryption and protected connection secrets
04 Traceable access, decisions and submissions
05 Signed agreements and defined authority
06 Qualified review for exceptions
A model built around outcomes

We earn a share of
what we help recover.

Agree the historical scope and fee before work begins. Recovery fees apply to verified additional collections—not dollars merely flagged on a screen.

Ongoing prevention will be a separately scoped subscription.
Final pricing follows practice qualification and agreement.

A few practical answers

Clarity before you connect.

Will this replace our billing team?

The initial service is designed to complement your team. We agree who owns each case to avoid duplicate submissions and unnecessary work.

Does this work with every insurer and practice system?

No. Pilot availability depends on your exact systems, payer products, contract terms and authorized submission channels. We verify those connections before committing scope.

Do you need our staff’s passwords?

We prefer delegated, revocable access. Some vendors require dedicated integration credentials or enrollment. Shared personal passwords are not the default connection method.

Is recovery guaranteed?

No. Documentation, contract terms, deadlines and payer decisions determine whether money is recoverable. We distinguish suspected opportunities from validated cases and cash collected.

Can we disconnect?

The intended portal lets authorized administrators revoke access and stop new activity. Already-transmitted cases and record retention are handled according to the agreement and applicable obligations.
